He learned diagnostics and installations, but more importantly, he learned what it felt like to sit across from someone worried their heating was down in December, and you're their only real shot at getting warm again. That responsibility stayed with him.

Those five years taught him what good looks like and what corners not to cut. So when he founded Aircon, the vision was clear: serve Niskayuna and the Capital Region with the kind of service he'd want for his own home.
